As the founder of Vigor Fitness, my mission is personal. After overcoming a 12-year struggle with an eating disorder, I developed a passion for helping others build a healthy relationship with food without giving up the foods they enjoy.
As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I help women achieve sustainable results through a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition.
I also specialize in helping women navigate hormonal changes so they can finally see the progress they’ve been working for both physically and mentally.
